In Arborescent, digital simulations of tree-like structures branch across the façade of Casa Batlló, echoing natural behaviors and dynamics. These forms grow, connecting with the architectural elements, swaying as if stirred by algorithmic noise that mimics the behavior of the wind.
Technical visualizations of growth and algorithmic triangulations merge with the architectural features, climbing along the façade and following its geometric characteristics, creating a network of branches that envelop the structure.
The geometric triangulations connect the tree structures to the plant-inspired elements of the façade, generating interwoven lines and geometries that progressively take shape around the pivotal points of the architecture.
The technical visualizations also constitute the corpus of data necessary for the generation of pictorial formations. The arboreal forms thus paint the façade with hues and nuances, creating a hybrid space that is both suspended and contemplative.
